Rev. Dr. William H. Ball III
Rev. Dr. William H. Ball III’s story begins in the vibrant community of Norristown, Pennsylvania. After excelling at A.D. Eisenhower High School, he pursued his passion for Real Estate at Montgomery County Community College, eventually becoming a founding partner of the influential “One Company Realty.”
His spiritual awakening came at Antioch Baptist Church in North Hills, Pennsylvania, under the guidance of the late Rev. T. N. Nobles. Embracing his calling, he was licensed and ordained as a Baptist Minister, embarking on a remarkable journey of faith and leadership.
Dr. Ball’s deep understanding of scripture is rooted in years of dedicated study and formal education. He honed his pastoral skills at the Christian Research and Development Institute in Philadelphia and earned a degree in Biblical Studies from Geneva College’s Center for Urban Theological Studies. In 2015, he achieved a Doctor of Theology Degree with an emphasis in Biblical Counseling from Slidell Baptist Seminary in Louisiana.
His leadership extends beyond the pulpit. As a former Moderator of the Suburban Baptist Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Dr. Ball is affiliated with numerous organizations, including:

For over 27 years, Rev. Dr. Ball has faithfully pastored Mt. Olive Baptist Church, guiding the congregation through the construction of a magnificent new sanctuary on five acres in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, in 2006. His mentorship has inspired many spiritual sons and daughters.
A passionate traveler, Dr. Ball has led life-changing excursions to Israel, Egypt, Greece, Rome, Turkey, and South Africa.
Rev. Dr. Ball shares his life with his wonderful wife, Reverend Dr. Rosina Davis Ball, Assistant Pastor of Mount Olive. They have two sons, Lamont and Billy, and one granddaughter, Unique. His wish for everyone is encapsulated in Philippians 2:5: “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.”

Rev. Dr. Rosina Ball is a dynamic force in the world of ministry, serving as an Assistant Pastor, First Lady, and passionate preacher of the gospel. Her journey is not just one of carrying titles but of profound impact and influence that reaches far beyond the walls of her local church.
Armed with a Doctorate in Divinity, she stands as a wealth of knowledge and wisdom in the spiritual realm. Beyond the pulpit, she is a social media influencer. Spreading the message of love, hope, and faith.
Dr. Ball has served on the board of Hobart Run, demonstrating her commitment to community service and social responsibility. Her impact extends to the founding of several ministries within her local church, and she has her hands and heart connected to her community.
Endowed with the gift of prophecy, she is a revivalist, stirring the hearts of believers with her powerful messages and ushering in spiritual awakening wherever she goes.
In her multifaceted role as an Assistant Pastor at Mt. Olive Baptist Church located in Pottstown Pa. First Lady, preacher, mentor, social media influencer, co-founder, and Author. Dr. Ball embodies the essence of a modern-day spiritual leader.
She accepted her divine call from the Lord on July 7, 1990. Dr. Ball is committed to dedicating her life to sharing the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She acknowledges the unique and impactful ministry that God has entrusted to her.
Married to her Pastor Rev. Dr. William H. Ball III, who just happens to be her husband confidant, and soulmate, she cherishes their bond. As a proud mother of two boys Lamont and Billy and a granddaughter Unique, her family, is a living testament to God’s blessings, reflecting the sentiments of Psalm 127:3 Their presence fills her heart with joy.
She has been baptized in the sacred waters of the Jordan River, retraced the steps of Paul, crossed the Red Sea, and worshipped on the Sea of Galilee. Her missionary journey has extended to South Africa, where she has shared in worship service with a diverse and vibrant community.
She is determined to leave a legacy of faith through her hundreds of unique journals and her latest book, “Unshaken” available on Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble. This powerful testament, of “Faith Living in a World of Uncertainty,” reflects her unwavering commitment to faith. Dr. Ball’s favorite scripture is: The name of the Lord is a strong tower;

Reverend Scott DeLoatch
Rev. Scott DeLoatch joined Mt. Olive Baptist Church in 2010 and has served on the ministerial staff in various ministries and assignments, including preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Marriage Ministry, and Men’s fellowship.
Rev. Scott received his education at The Center for Theological Studies, Moody Bible Institute, New Life Bible Institute, and Slidell Biblical Seminary.
In addition, Rev. Scott has served as a foreign missionary in Trinidad and Haiti.
Rev. Scott serves MOBC faithfully while centered on the scriptures Isaiah 61:1, “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to [a]heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound”, and Proverb 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall [a]direct your paths.”

Reverend Sonya DeLoatch
Rev. Sonya R. DeLoatch, has been a member of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church for the past 10 years.
Rev Sonya’s ministry assignments extend beyond the borders of the church walls and her community. Rev Sonya has been privileged to share the gospel both domestically and internationally. Her missionary endeavors have taken her to Ghana, West Africa in 2006 and to Trinidad in 2014, where she faithfully proclaimed the love and word of Jesus Christ. Rev Sonya is a graduated of New Life Bible Institute and holds an Associate Degree in Theology from Slidell Biblical Seminary; currently she is completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Education, from Newburgh Theological Seminary.
Rev Sonya is a faithful servant of the MOBC Ministerial Staff and is currently the Ministry Leader of the MOBC Sister to Sister Fellowship. Rev Sonya also serves as the 2024 Suburban Baptist Association of Southeastern Pa. Conference Coordinator. Rev Sonya Teaches Bible Study has taught Sunday School and previously served on the Marriage Ministry and Chosen 300 outreach.
It is Sonya’s desire to continue to walk in the calling that God has placed on her life. Rev Sonya’s passion is to minister the word of God and encourage those already of the faith.

Reverend Lil Fitzhugh
Rev. Lelia Fitzhugh has faithfully served at Mt. Olive Baptist Church for many years, making a lasting impact through her leadership and dedication. She previously served as the President of the Missionary Ministry and as a Deaconess, and she continues to be a valued member of the Preachers’ Staff.
Rev. Fitzhugh has a deep passion for ministering to both the youth and seniors of the congregation, demonstrating her commitment to nurturing spiritual growth and fostering a sense of community across generations.

Rev. Dr. Donald Williams
Rev. Dr. Donald Williams has been a dedicated servant of Mt. Olive Baptist Church for over 20 years. Throughout his tenure, he has made significant contributions across a wide array of ministries, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to the church’s mission and spiritual growth. Dr. Williams has been an integral member of the Male Choir, Men’s Ministry, Chosen 300, Prison Ministry, and Preachers’ Staff, and he has served faithfully as a Sunday School teacher.
Currently, Dr. Williams continues to share his passion for teaching as a New Members Class instructor and oversees the Morning Devotion Ministry, where his leadership and spiritual guidance are greatly valued.
